Team Development 
We will work with you to understand the current issues facing your team and the development needs of the team. Then we will film and produce a DVD of the development experience that will focus on the transformational moments so that the team can ‘reconnect’ and sustain the commitments made as a result of the insights gained during the learning experience.
Building Organizational Culture 
There are many factors that contribute to creating and sustaining an organizational culture. Organizational values, vision, reward systems, work environment and leadership behavior are but a few. Because of our extensive experience in building and sustaining organizational cultures in a broad array of industries and companies, we can work with you to design just the right use of video to highlight the key elements of your organization’s culture that you wish to create or sustain. For example, for one client, being part of and serving the community in which they worked was an important aspect of their organization’s culture. We produced a powerful documentary video of their annual 'Day of Service' to reinforce the significance of this event to the community and to the people who participated.
Stimulating Dialogue 
Words alone rarely bring about a complete understanding. However, when words are combined with related images, powerful insights are brought about and these insights lead to more informed dialogue and decision-making. We will work with you to understand your need for ‘informed decision-making’ and produce video footage that will both inform and stimulate dialogue so that your organization can maximize its capability and effectiveness.

Leader’s Guides 
When leaders and their teams experience transformational change as a result of participating in an experientially based learning event, they are often left without any tools for effective follow-up. We custom design Leader’s Guides that give leaders and their teams specific tools and activities that can be used on their own to sustain the change they have made.
Follow-up Meeting Facilitation 
We will also provide resources to design and facilitate follow-up meetings that will ensure the change experienced by a team and its leader is sustained.
